Embrace your joie de vivre with the vintage vibes aplenty on offer in Canterbury this weekend as Lou Lou’s Vintage Fair returns.

Voted the nation’s favourite on three occasions, the show will be returning to the city's Westgate Hall on Saturday, September 28.

The hall will again play host to some 40 stalls from some of the UK’s best vintage traders in an autumn special edition.

The fair offers everything from vintage clothing to accessories, homeware, and collectables, with eras from the 1940s to the 1980s covered.

There will be a pop-up beauty salon fulfilling all your beauty needs from victory rolls to sky-high beehives as well as a traditional tea room, making Lou Lou’s Vintage Fair the perfect vintage-filled day out.

Lou Lou Glover, the event’s creator, said: “I think vintage has become so popular lately as we’ve all become more aware of the impact that buying new, fast fashion has on the environment and our wallets. Buying vintage is not only an affordable and environmentally conscious way to shop; you can also find something unique and fashionable from our specialist traders.”

Truly Splendid will be putting on a spread of cakes and bakes fresh from their kitsch kitchen.

Lou Lou’s Canterbury Vintage Fair runs from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, September 28 at the hall in Westgate Hall Road, Canterbury.
