With garden centres now open, how many of us have splashed out on a new barbecue, or charcoal for one at home?
National BBQ Week is back this week, and its annual return sees a changed world - though the food is still what you make it.
The 24th annual outdoor celebration, which runs from Bank Holiday Monday, March 25, until Sunday, May 31, will be supporting the NHS and all frontline workers, including supermarket staff and delivery drivers who are helping to keep us fed and watered while staying at home.
This year's celebration will include more emphasis on sharing online and via social media.

Here's a recipe to get you inspired:
Chicken skewers are perfect whether grilled on the BBQ (or baked in the oven).
Ingredients:
150g Primula cheese with chive
2 tsp garlic powder
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp ground black pepper
To serve:
Flatbreads
Lemon wedges
Chilli flakes
Coriander, chopped
A side salad of your choice (optional)
Method:
After marinating, pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/Gas Mark 6 or get the barbie ready.
Carefully push the cubes of chicken onto skewers and place them on a foiled baking tray.
Place the chicken skewers in the oven for 25-30 minutes or the barbecue until thoroughly cooked and the chicken juices run clear.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander & chilli flakes. Serve with flat breads, lemon wedges and a side salad.
