Stand-up comedian and TV star Alan Davies is out on the road with his Life is Pain Tour.
The star of programmes such as Jonathan Creek and QI will be at the Leas Cliff Hall, Folkestone this Saturday.
Alan enjoyed huge success across the globe in 2012 with his first stand-up performances for more than a decade.
He began his career in comedy in 1988, and was named Time Out Best Young Comic in 1991.
He made his national TV debut on Tonight with Jonathan Ross in 1992, before getting national recognition by taking the title role in the mystery drama Jonathan Creek for 14 years.
Davies, 47, a resident panellist on the BBC TV quiz show QI, hosted by Stephen Fry, also played a barrister with a complicated personal life in the ITV drama The Brief.
