Noughties heartthrob Gareth Gates is back on stage to pay special tribute to the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
The Pop Idol star is returning to Kent for another run of the touring production the Best of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, which is coming to Dartford and Chatham.
The singer, best known for hits such as Anyone of Us, Sunshine and Unchained Melody, first rose to fame after appearing on the first series of Pop Idol in 2002.
He made it all the way to the finals of the singing competition but finished in second place to Will Young.
However, after the show he was signed to record label BMG and released his first single, a cover of the Righteous Brothers hit Unchained Melody.
The song reached No. 1 in the UK Singles Chart and went double-platinum.
His follow up singles Anyone of Us and Suspicious Minds/The Long and Winding Road, a duet with his former competitor Will Young, also reached the top of the charts.
Since 2009, the Bradford-born singer has moved into musical theatre, starring in shows such as Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and Les Misérables.
His latest show features some of the biggest hits of the 1960s and 1970s, celebrating the career and music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
The New Jersey quartet are best known for singles such as Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry and December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night).
The singer will be joined by a cast of musicians and actors from the West End and Broadway musical Jersey Boys.
The Best of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons will be at the Orchard West Theatre in Dartford on Wednesday, January 31. You can book tickets online here.
