Celebrating a century of dance crazes Happy Feet comes to east Kent

From the Charleston to the cha-cha-cha a show celebrating a century of dance crazes in 100 minutes is coming to Dover.

Happy Feet is a celebration of genres made famous through film, theatre, pop music and the dance hall.

Brought to you by professional dance troupe the Ragroof Players the dance and music extravaganza aims to include harder to reach audiences with its high-octane and collaborative show.

The Port Esplanade provides the dance floor and will show everything from the macarena to Uptown Funk.

The company have performed Happy Feet all over the country.

Happy Feet will be dancing their way to Dreamland at 3pm.

It will take place at Dover on Sunday, August 27 from 2pm to 3.30pm.

Both events are free.
