More on KentOnline
The sights and sounds of wartime come to the skies over Kent this weekend as the Battle of Britain Air Show roars overhead.
Look skywards and you’ll see flying displays of authentic aircraft from Spitfires and Hurricanes to a Tiger Moth and a Harvard T6, the Second World War American pilot training plane.
The show at Headcorn marks the 77th anniversary year of the Battle of Britain, which was fought in the sky over Kent.
The spectacular flying display is between 2pm and 5pm both weekend days, courtesy of locally based Aero Legends.
Hold on to your hats, as an airfield attack scenario will be part of the display.
There will also be attractions for all the family including a funfair and stalls.
Visitors can sign up for photo shoots with the aircraft and exclusive flights in some of the vintage flyers. To book a flight, call 01622 812830 or visit aerolegends.co.uk
