Former Hear’Say member Noel Sullivan stars in camp musical Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, which returns to the county this week.
Based on 1994 film, The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, the stage show tells the story of two drag queens and a transsexual woman who travel across the Australian Outback in a tour bus they have named Priscilla.
Noel, who gained fame as one fifth of the chart-topping pop group Hear’Say in 2001, and has since performed in a number of West End productions, plays lead character Tick.
He will be joined by Neighbours and Emmerdale star Richard Grieve as transsexual Bernadette and West End performer Graham Weaver as the outrageous Felicia.
See them strut their stuff in some amazing outfits and perform dance floor favourites including It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, Hot Stuff and Go West, in the feelgood show.
Priscilla, Queen of the Desert will be at the Orchard Theatre, Dartford, from Monday, September 9, to Saturday, September 14. Tickets from £22. Call 01322 220000.
It will be at Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre from Monday, September 23 to Saturday, September 28. Tickets from £20. Call 01227 787787.
