Tickets to see Irish pop kings Westlife play in the county next year go on sale this morning.
The band will play the Spitfire Ground in Canterbury next summer as part of their 2020 Stadiums in the Summer tour - their biggest UK outdoor tour to date.
Tickets for the concert on Friday, July 17, 2020, go on sale this morning at 9am.
They will be performing their greatest hits including Swear It Again, Flying Without Wings and You Raise Me Up as well as up-tempo new songs from their new album Spectrum, which is released next Friday, at the ground.
Kent Cricket's Simon Storey said: “This is a great opportunity once again for us to open up the gates of the Spitfire Ground, St Lawrence to the wider community and of course the concert will attract thousands of people to the city."
The band, who are the UK’s top selling album group of the 21st century, have sold more than 55 million records worldwide. They are the only band to have their first seven singles enter the UK chart at No.1 and have had 14 No.1 singles, and 33 No.1 albums worldwide.
They said: "We can’t wait to perform in Canterbury."
