The magic of Christmas is coming to a town in Kent tonight.
Everyone is invited to be a part of a festive parade which is taking place in Maidstone from 6.30pm.
Maidstone Borough Council has joined forces with One Maidstone (BID) to bring the town centre alive with the festive cheer.
Performers will be taking to the streets to entertain residents, shoppers and businesses.
There will be a variety of acts – including Santa, LED Skating Baubles, Clockwork Ballerinas and Candy Cane Stilt Walkers.
The kmfm Street Team are on hand tonight giving out free head boppers and making sure to take lots of photos.
Children will have the opportunity to meet and take pictures with Father Christmas himself on his sleigh with his reindeers.
They can also write him a letter and send it off to Lapland using a giant post-box which will be located in the Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre.
Hundreds of people came together last week to celebrate the town's Christmas light switch on in Jubilee Square.
Crowds gathered to watch kmfm Breakfast's Garry and Chelsea, as well as the mayor turning on the festive lights.
There were prize giveaways, competitions and live music from Gospel Touch Choir.
Tonight there will be pop-up performances taking place between 4pm and 6pm in and around the town.
The parade will start outside the Maidstone Museum at 6.30pm, and will make stops through Fremlin walk, King Street and The Mall, where it will finish at the Town Hall in Jubilee Square.
