You can join the hunt for familiar children's character Where's Wally? at one of the county's attractions.
The popular children's book character, with his famous red and white striped shirt and black rimmed glasses, is currently hiding out at the Historic Dockyard Chatham in the run-up to Halloween, as part of a national tour.
The Where’s Wally? Spooky Museum Search is being organised by Walker Books and Kids in Museums to celebrate the release of new book Where’s Wally? Spooky Spotlight Search and will be at the dockyard until Sunday, November 1.
Mini Wally stands have been hidden around the historic site and among the collections and young visitors who can spell out the spooky phrase with the letters hidden alongside Wally will receive a special prize for completing the search.
Alison Bowyer, executive director of Kids in Museums, said: “The last few months have been a challenging time for the heritage sector so we are pleased to support even more museums to hold a fun and safe activity this October. "We hope to encourage families back into heritage sites and help them enjoy all the rich experiences on offer.”
Visits to the dockyard need to be booked in advance at the moment. To book go to thedockyard.co.uk
