Adventurers will tackle tunnels, a tyre wall, rope walk, and more at the popular KM Assault Course Charity Challenge, which is now open for booking.
The event, organised by the KM Group’s charity department in partnership with MY/PT who run the obstacle course, is being staged on Sunday, October 8. Groups of six will use teamwork to overcome more than 20 fun challenges to raise money for their favourite charity.
Prizes will be given to the team donning the best fancy dress outfits as they jump, climb, and splash their way around the course which features brand new obstacles and equipment.
Event organisers say there is no prize for the fastest team as it is not a race but course times will be published for competitors who wish to achieve a personal best. Participants must be at least 14 years old.
Stu Strelow of MY/PT said: “We have 27 acres of obstacles ranging from low level trim trail all the way through to military style obstacles. We are continually adding obstacles to the course, especially when it comes to the charity event. We’ll have loads of new obstacles by then.”
Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team said: “This is lots of fun for most ages and abilities and a great team building event. Tickets are already selling fast so don’t delay in booking your place and why not start gathering sponsorship for a cause close to your heart?”
The event will be staged at MY/PT located at Betteshanger Country Park near Deal.
