A handful of tickets are left for the KM Assault Course Challenge with just two weeks to go.
This is a fun day out giving most ages and abilities the chance to get active, get their sweat on, and get a bit mucky in aid of their favourite charity.
Organised by the KM Group’s charity department the challenge is open to teams of six and staged on Sunday, October 8.
Teamwork is encouraged to tackle more than 20 tasks including tunnels, rope walk and tyre wall and prizes will be awarded for the best fancy dress.
Event organiser Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team said: “Everyone has so much fun taking part in this challenge. You see big smiles all round as friends and families, charities, and work colleagues make a splash for a good cause.”
He added: “The beauty of this event is you don’t need a high level of fitness to take part and enjoy yourself; teams can set their own pace.”
Participants aged 14 and over can join in the fun staged at MY/PT located at Betteshanger Country Park near Deal.
Book a team of up to six at www.kmcharitychallenge.co.uk or click this link HERE and use the online booking code KMNEWS17 for a £10 discount.
