Want to head to the beach this summer? Now that school's out The Beach is back at Bluewater.
Running until Sunday, September 6, the attraction, which has now opened at the shopping centre near Greenhithe, has a giant splash pool and sand, but there are also some changes to meet the latest government guidelines.
There is reduced capacity each day; track and trace details collected for all guests, and social distancing expected alongside rigorous cleaning regimes and hand sanitising stations.
Visitors will also be expected to wear face coverings on rides Aeronaut and No-Limits in line with current rules for theme parks, with those not bringing their own able to buy on site.
The attraction is on a Bluewater car park, and alongside the funfair rides and classic fairground stalls, visitors can relax in a deckchair and grab refreshments from a range of food and drink kiosks.
Entertainment on offer includes Punch and Judy and magic shows, balloon modelling and a teddy bears' picnic with visitors staying in their family bubbles.
All entertainers, say organisers, will have the necessary personal protective equipment to maintain guest safety.
Entry costs £3 per person with tokens for rides and stalls available to buy on site. People wishing to come along are encouraged to book online - there is a 10% discount if you book 24 hours in advance.
