The world’s biggest girl band, Little Mix, have called off their date in Kent this summer.
The foursome made the announcement that their summer tour was being cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak today.
They were due to perform at Canterbury’s Spitfire Ground on Sunday, July 19, performing some of their greatest hits, including Woman Like Me, Touch, Shout Out to My Ex, Black Magic and Wings.
In a statement they said: "We are sad to announce that following the latest government advice, we have to cancel our upcoming UK summer tour.
"The health and safety of our fans and crew is always our No.1 priority.
"Please stay safe and stay home. Love, the girls x"
Ticketholders were due to get emails and are told to contact their ticket agent if they have not heard by Tuesday, May 5.
Since 2011, the four - Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall - have sold more than 50 million records worldwide, collected more than 17 million Spotify listeners, and four UK No.1 singles, four platinum-selling albums and nine platinum selling singles.
They last performed in the county at the Kent Showground in July 2018.
Westlife had also been due to play at the same venue as part of their tour the night before on Friday, July 17, and have also been forced to cancel.
They also made the announcement today, saying it was to keep their fans, crew and everyone around them safe. They have cancelled their tour dates for June and July, though others around the country in August remain.
