A top Irish boy band managed by Louis Walsh has been visiting KMTV's studio.

X Factor star Walsh has had huge success with the likes of Westlife and Boyzone and his new act are destined for fame too.

Hometown are launching in the UK and Kent was the first stop on their trip.

Ryan, Brendan, Cian, Dayl, Josh and Dean have already had two number ones in Ireland.

The six boys performed two acoustic tracks for KMTV, including their hit 'Where I Belong'.

The lads also took time out to speak to KMFM's Glen Scott.
