The band, who were formed after musicians Mark Chadwick and Jeremy Cunningham met in a pub in Brighton in 1988, will take over the Hall by the Sea for the anniversary gig.
They will play new acoustic arrangements with guest musicians on Thursday, June 14 at the Margate attraction.
The band, who released their greatest hits in 2017 before heading out on tour with special guests The Selecter, released their first album, A Weapon Called the Word, in 1990, which is one of the few albums known to have gone gold without ever charting.
They were signed by to independent label China Records after being discovered by Derek Green the man responsible for signing the Sex Pistols.
The band's line-up has remained relatively unchanged through the years, and is now Mark, Jeremy, Simon Friend, Charlie Heather, Jon Sevink and Matt Savage.
Tickets are now on sale for the June date, costing £25. To book, visit dreamland.co.uk
