A day dedicated to Monopoly is being staged in Margate to mark the release of the town's edition of the famous board game.
Dreamland is to host Monopoly Mania, to celebrate its prime position on the board in the coveted Mayfair spot as the most expensive property.
Turner Contemporary takes the spot where you'd normally find Park Lane while the Harbour Arm and the Main Sands also feature among the 28 locations on the 44-space board.
The day of activities and challenges at the park are for both competitive and non-competitive families to enjoy. It was due to be held this weekend, but has been rescheduled to Saturday, June 1.
Activities on the day will include races around a giant Monopoly board, chances to win spot prizes related to the game’s challenges, flip the board contests, a scavenger hunt and a Community Chest project to help a local charity.
Visitors can enter the park for free to take part in challenges, and pay per ride or buy discounted unlimited ride wristbands in advance online.
The park is open throughout the Easter holidays, with a Camp Bestival takeover day taking place this weekend.
