After the cancellation of live Christmas panto and even Easter panto plans, managers at the Stag Theatre in Sevenoaks are set to stage live broadcasts over the Easter weekend.

Kent’s Coming Out Of Lockdown Preparation Party is a panto-style family show, designed to help prepare us all for the easing of restrictions, and remind people to test regularly, and stick to the all important rules of hands/face/space.

The team at the Stag, with Sevenoaks Panto producers, have been supported by Kent County Council to make it happen over this weekend.

A series of nine shows will be broadcast live from the Stag’s stage on Good Friday, April 2, Saturday, April 3 and Easter Sunday, April 4.

Can Silly Billy single-handedly save Kent from Coronavirus? Probably not. But there’s no harm in trying…
