If you’ve got a petrolhead in the family, there are some brilliant motor shows revving up to visit the county next week.
Admire hundreds of classic and high-performance cars and speak to the experts about the future of automobiles with three must-visit shows.
It all starts with Kamper Fest, a three-day event that some might remember as the Kent VW Festival.
It’s got a new name and a new location - this year, the festival will be held at Quex Park in Birchington-on-Sea from Friday, August 2 to Sunday, August 4.
To go with the rebrand, the exhibit now focuses on all sorts of campervans, not just Volkswagens, along with other vehicles.
There will also be live music, DJs, street food, stalls and a funfair.
In the market for something a little more swish?
The Supercar Weekend is back at Hever Castle, near Edenbridge, on Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4, boasting some seriously impressive motors.
Revel at the sight of Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Porsches and rally cars including Subaru, Escort and Lancia lined up on the castle grounds.
Meet the teams from Aston Martin Sevenoaks, Tesla Gatwick, Porsche Tonbridge, Hendy Renault and Audi, VVS from Cranbrook and Garage Twenty-Eight and speak to them about the latest models on display.
You can also see the famous three-wheeled van from Only Fools and Horses and have a go in a racing simulator.
Finally, if you want to see vintage cars that have been completely unaltered and unrestored, the PATINA Classic Car Show will return to Lullingstone Castle in Eynsford for the third year.
The show, which takes place on Sunday, August 4, is unlike other displays as it’s full of motors that have racked up plenty of mileage over the years and are still in use today.
This year, around 100 cars are expected to pull up on the lawns of the picturesque estate from 11am to 5pm.
