Following a recent remodel, family favourite pizzeria, PizzaExpress Bexleyheath, is ready to serve pizza with pizzazz for returning and new customers.

Located on Bexleyheath’s bustling high street, the restaurant has long been a favourite with locals since first opening 27 years ago.

Featuring delicious food combined with a vibrant location, the restaurant is the perfect destination for a slice of PizzaExpress’ iconic pizzas after a day of taking in the local sights – whether it’s a day of shopping or exploring the nearby historic Hall House.

Inside the restaurant, customers will be greeted by bespoke gold and black Enzo Apicella artwork and illustrations, an Italian designer who worked with PizzaExpress’ founder Peter Boizot to create some of the brand’s iconic aesthetics, alongside an eye-catching floral wallpaper, with hues of deep red, orange and pink.

Customers can also watch Pizzaiolos create their favourite pizza in the restaurant’s newly extended open kitchen.

With a touch of theatre brought to their dining experience, Pizzaiolos will knead and flare dough right in front of customers’ eyes before topping it off with their chosen fresh ingredients.

Ready to provide a meal and a show to returning and new customers, PizzaExpress Bexleyheath’s General Manager, Monika Rajaratnam, and the restaurant’s 21 dedicated team members, are excited to show off their new-look pizzeria.

Customers will also find iconic flavours on the brand’s summer menu, including the return of the fan-favourite fiery Dynamite Dough Balls, along with three flavoursome new Buddha Bowls: Goat’s Cheese & Beetroot, Crispy Chicken, and Vegan.

There are also hearty Al Forno options, including the creamy Carbonara PizzaExpress, and the delicious Prawn Peperonata. The menu also includes two delectable new desserts: the indulgent Biscoff Billionaire Sundae and the refreshing Summer Berry & White Chocolate Sundae.

Along with iconic favourites as well as veggie, vegan and gluten free options, the pizzeria is also serving up something for the whole family this summer, following the launch of Kids Eat Free up until Sunday 11 August, giving every child a FREE Piccolo meal - a three-course feast made up of all their favourites, from Dough Balls to pizza or pasta, plus desserts and a bambinoccino - with every adult main purchased.
