The Vinorium wine merchant and delicatessen, based in Mersham-Le-Hatch Business Village, near Ashford, is welcoming visitors for a special day of tastings and workshops.

Its chef will be revealing The Vinorium’s new deli and Christmas product range, rustling up delights perfect for a drinks party, Boxing Day buffet or a cosy supper.

There will also be a Christmas macaron masterclass featuring a demonstration of how to make a delicious dessert.

For those in the mood for a tipple, don’t miss the Enomatic Experience, when The Vinorium’s wine expert will be leading a tasting using state-of the-art wine dispensers.

There will also be a Bordeaux masterclass, a surprise wine tasting and a workshop on the importance of choosing the correct glassware.
