Tickets go on sale on Friday, December 6 at 10am. You can book tickets online here.

The 80-year-old, who has recently announced a solo tour in April and May, will be accompanied by a nine-piece band to perform new versions of The Who hits and his solo material.

Roger, along with guitarist Pete Townshend, bassist John Entwistle and drummer Keith Moon, formed rock band The Who in 1964. The group became one of the biggest bands of the era with singles such as My Generation, the Kids Are Alright and Pinball Wizard.

“After touring the US with this band of phenomenal musicians, I can’t wait to get back on the road in the UK with these shows,” says the singer. “It’s a joy to be on stage performing and sharing familiar songs in an unfamiliar way.”

The Grammy Award-winner will be joined for his Margate gig by chart-topping Birmingham band Ocean Colour Scene, Bruce Foxton’s From The Jam and DJ Eddie Piller.

Roger Daltrey will headline Dreamland’s Scenic Stage on Friday, August 8.

He joins the list of names already announced for next year’s concert series, including Madness, the Sex Pistols and UB40.
