From Tudor queens to pop princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII finally take to the mic to tell their tales in the musical Six, which comes to three Kent theatres this year.
The show, which been described as 'the most uplifting new British musical' and has been a sold-out hit in the West End, Broadway and Sydney Opera House, remixes 500 years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power.
These Queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red - and it’s time they told their story.
Nominated for five Olivier Awards including Best New Musical, the sell-out London smash hit featuring the tales of Henry VIII's wives in their own words, after starting out as a show at the Edinburgh Fringe two years ago.
