Sevenoaks Festival will have music, open air performances and Punch and Judy on its launch day

French jazz pianist Michel Legrand plans to perform 85 concerts to mark his 85th birthday – and one of them is in Kent.

Michel, who also famously worked with lyricists Alan and Marilyn Bergman, created modern classics including The Windmills of Your Mind and What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life?

He is among the line-up of the Sevenoaks Festival, which also sees for its finale concert a return of the popular Paul Jones and Mike D’Abo with The Manfreds.
