Happy Mondays and Black Grape frontman Shaun Ryder will be sharing some stories of his wild days with clubbers in the county this week.
More than three decades on from the release of the Happy Mondays' debut album, the pioneering rave outfit's frontman Shaun may have left his drug-fuelled concerts, endless parties - and after parties - behind, but he's still happy to share some of his memories with music fans.
The 56-year-old will be appearing at Source bar in Maidstone on Friday, October 11, for a live interview and audience Q&A, presented by Headliner Events.
He says: "I'm really enjoying the Q&As - it's a great chance to connect with the audience in an intimate setting and share some of the fun and crazy stories from early days with the Happy Mondays. "I'll also be chatting about Black Grape, TV shows, UFOs and life in general. "
And he added..."Looking forward to some new and interesting questions at Maidstone - ask me anything!"
