Singing legend Petula Clark has sold more than 68m records worldwide but continues to play live to thousands every year.
In a career which started in the 1960s, Petula was the first female artist to win a Grammy in 1964 for her hit Downtown, which was a No.1 in the US.
She went on to win her second Grammy the following year with I Know a Place.
During more than 50 years in showbusiness, she has also starred in more than 30 films, including Goodbye Mr Chips in 1970, where she starred opposite Peter O’Toole.
Her 2016 tour will reach Folkestone's Leas Cliff Hall on Thursday, October 13.
The show will feature many of her classic hits, including Downtown and This Is My Song, as well as a selection from her new album.
