Enter a world of wartime vehicles, battle reenactments and fascinating displays from the moment you step into the show.
Whether you have a budding history buff in the family or are simply looking to learn more about this country’s wartime background, you will be in your element at one of the county’s biggest military shows.
Passionate re-enactors will be taking part in fierce battles and depicting real scenes from the Second World War in front of your eyes. Complete with dangerous weapons, realistic props and even explosions, these edge-of-your-seat performances will entertain everyone.
While it’s a fun display to watch, the performers take their roles very seriously and aim to give crowds the most accurate and authentic experience possible.
In the main arena, you can also catch the huge vehicle show, which brings beautifully and expertly restored vintage vehicles into the spotlight. From military tanks to emergency vehicles used during wartime, there will be a great range of vehicles to peruse.
There will be interesting commentary about each vehicle so you can keep informed of all the facts and figures.
Make sure you stop off at the Living History Displays, where owners will be presenting their detailed displays to give you an insight into what life was like on the frontline and beyond.
This family show is topped off with military stalls and exhibitors, childrens’ entertainment and food stands.
