A collection of wildlife-themed sculptures are popping up at a Kent castle.
The Sublime Sculpture Trail Safari at Leeds Castle, near Maidstone, features striking artwork from more than 20 local and international artists.
The trail, which is part of the castle’s wider Festival of Craft and Design, opens today and will run daily until Sunday, October 8.
Each sculpture in the trail is themed around different animals and their habitats, such as giraffes, elephants, cats and dogs.
The pieces have been dotted around the castle grounds and visitors will have to explore hidden nooks and look up into the treetops to find all of them.
The artists taking part in the trail come from a wide range of backgrounds and expertise, with materials such as bronze, stone, wood and recycled materials being used to create the sculptures.
The trail has been introduced as part of the month-long Festival of Craft and Design.
The festival, which will be open to the public from Friday, September 1 to Saturday, September 30, will give visitors a chance to get stuck into arts and crafts throughout the month.
There will be workshops, talks, photography competitions and an arts and food fair, all of which are included in a standard entry ticket.
The Sublime Sculpture Trail Safari is also included in an entry ticket, which can be booked online here.
Tickets start from £30 for adults. One ticket grants admission to Leeds Castle for a full year.
