Cricketers, step aside - a huge artist is taking over the Spitfire Ground in Canterbury this month.
Pop crooner Michael Bublé is gearing up to perform a show-stopping headline sets at the well-known cricket ground.
Sadly, Tears for Fears who were due to perform tonight as part of their world tour have had to cancel after frontman Curt Smith was advised to rest after fracturing his rib.
In a statement, the band said: “We have absolutely loved seeing everyone and performing for you.
“We are so disappointed not to be able to play the shows which we have been looking forward to for so long and can’t wait to be performing for you again."
But Grammy-award winning singer Michael Bublé will still be stepping onto the stage for a headline performance.
The Canadian singer's open-air concert had to be postponed last year due to the pandemic.
The show, entitled An Evening with Michael Bublé, will see the crowd treated to hits such as Everything, Home and Haven't Met You Yet.
The singer, known for his piano-led pop and swing covers, had his first Number 1 album in the UK with 2009’s Crazy Love, and has since gained popularity for his Christmas songs.
In 2011, Michael Bublé released Christmas, an album of festive covers which sold more than 14 million copies worldwide and spawned his own NBC television special, Home for the Holidays, the following year.
