A birds of prey display, archery and laser clay pigeon shooting are just some of the rural attractions on offer at the 74th East Kent Ploughing Match.
Law firm Furley Page is partnering with the Hawking Centre from Doddington Place Gardens for the chance to see birds of prey up close at the day on Wednesday, September 26.
Visitors will be able to explore more than 100 trade stands, take a look at classic tractors and engines, and watch the traditional Tossing the Sheaf contest.
Ploughing competitions will be keenly contested, featuring the latest tractors and ploughs plus vintage and horse-drawn varieties. There will also be a craft tent and terrier racing.
Hot drinks, Danish pastries and a local cheese buffet will be provided to guests at Furley Page’s marquee.
The match is held in a different location each year and this year is at Malmains Farm, Waldershare in Dover from 9am. Entry is £5, under 16s free. Details at ekpma.co.uk
