If you know your Pacman from your Donkey Kong, you can prove your skills at a video game expo this weekend.
The three-day event invites gamers to try a variety of fun tournaments, but it will also be hosting a heat of the UK Classic Gaming Championship.
For those who simply want to play, the event in Margate will be packed with arcade, indie and retro favourites.
From Segas to Spectrums, there will be hundreds of consoles available loaded with retro gems allowing older gamers to relive the glory days of their youth in the high street video game arcade.
The event is not just old school though, as there will also be modern games and new content. Visitors will also discover plenty of gaming goodies.
Machine play is included in the admission price and there are no entry fees for the tournaments.
PLAY Margate opens at the Margate Winter Gardens from Friday, August 21, to Sunday, August 23. Doors open at 10am.
Tickets cost from £8 for adults, £7.50 for children, with under-fives free. Evening sessions on Friday and Saturday run from 7pm to 11pm and are for over-18s only.
