Step into the decadent life of The Great Gatsby at a high flying exclusive film screening at an estate rarely open to the public.
The Kent Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance is set to hold its first open air cinema event on Friday, September 7, at the St Clere Estate in Sevenoaks, which is not usually open to the public.
Being screened will be the 2013 multi-award winning film The Great Gatsby, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire.
Set in the roaring 20s, it tells F Scott Fitzgerald's tale of mysterious millionaire Jay Gatsby and his obsession with beautiful former debutante Daisy Buchanan set on prosperous Long Island in the summer of 1922.
The screening will raise funds for the life saving charity.
Visitors can enjoy the private gardens of St. Clere before the film begins. Gates open at 6.30pm, with the screening starting at around 7.45pm after the sun sets.
Filmgoers can bring picnics and should take along a chair or a cushion for the evening.
There will also be licensed bar and hot and cold snacks.
Tickets cost £17.50 each and need to be bought in advance at aircinema.eventbrite.co.uk
