He’s big and scary – but kids still love him!

The Gruffalo is heading out of the deep, dark wood and into Kent Life in Maidstone for the first time this weekend.

The star of the popular children’s book will be at the heritage farm park in Sandling on Sunday, July 31.

His visit is part of six weeks of summer fun being staged at the site, which includes craft activities, Punch and Judy and an ice cream festival on Bank Holiday Monday, featuring chocolatiers and sweet stalls galore.
