Children's favourite The Gruffalo likes to live in a dark, dark wood, so should be at home mingling with creepy crawlies.
The character created by Julia Donaldson, who is celebrating his 20th birthday this year, will be popping in to Kent Life at Lock Lane in Sandling, near Maidstone, this weekend, while the attraction will also be holding a Bugs and Grubs Weekend.
The Special guest will be there at intervals on Saturday, March 14, and Sunday, March 15, when the site is open from 10am to 5pm.
Young visitors will also be able to get up close and personal with nature with the Kent Life bug hunter, visit Critter Corner or make a mini-beast house to take home.
The Gruffalo will be appearing at intervals throughout the day.
