After being forced to close for months, Sevenoaks' theatre has come back to life and is set to stage a season of socially-distanced shows again.
The Stag Theatre fundraised itself; received funding from Sevenoaks District Council, and was awarded more than £440,000 from the Government's Recovery Fund in a bid to keep it open after months of enforced closure.
But a new season is beckoning, which has a series of big names from the world of showbiz and comedy, culminating in a socially-distanced panto, Jack and the Two Metre Beanstalk.
This weekend will see comedian Milton Jones on Saturday, October 24 while Silly Billy has added a second show for half term on Sunday, October 25 after the first sold out.
Also coming soon will be stars from the West End show Wicked, in Wicked Women; Drag at the Stag with two drag queens from Ru Paul's Drag Race and Danny Beard and comedian Sara Pascoe, soon to be starring in her own BBC sitcom, Out Of Her Mind.
The cinema within the Stag is also open. To book your tickets at stagsevenoaks.co.uk
It follows the reopening of the Assembly Hall Theatre in Tunbridge Wells last week.
