On this week’s Team Talk - Tuesday at 8.45pm and Friday at 6.30pm - we catch up with Thamesmead Town manager Tommy Warrilow after his team were drawn against non-league moneybags Billericay Town in the next round of the FA Cup.

Also on the show, football agent Darren Young drops in to talk about the fallout from the summer transfer window, and meet the fastest man in Kent, Adam Gemili on his home turf in Dartford.

In an hour long Sounding Out special this Friday at 4pm meet the real life Von Trapps! All seven of the children in the Kanneh-Masons household can play a classical instrument - including 18-year-old Sheiku who won young musician of the year in 2016.
