British diver and Olympian Tom Daley is to visit Bluewater at New Year.

The 22-year-old, who won a bronze medal with synchronised diving partner Daniel Goodfellow, will be signing copies of his new book, Tom's Daily Plan.

Simple to follow, the book includes food, workouts anyone can do as well as motivational and lifestyle tips. It aims to help readers become leaner, stronger and healthier in no time.

He will be at Waterstones in Bluewater on Bank Holiday Monday, January 2, at 12.30pm.
