TV chef Rosemary Shrager is just one of the stars headlining a “scrumptious” food festival in Kent.
The star will join Great British Bake Off (GBBO) finalists and fellow TV chefs at Bluewater shopping centre in Greenhithe’s first-ever food and drink festival from May 25 to May 27.
Taking place under a marquee, the stars will be joined on the Big Cookery Stage by Kent’s very own GBBO 2020 finalist Laura Adlington, GBBO 2023’s fan-favourite Saku Chandrasekara, ITV Lorraine’s ‘Cake Club Queen’, Suzy Pelta, author of seven cookbooks and star of GBBO 2014, Chetna Makan, GBBO 2021 finalist, Chigs Parmar and GBBO 2021 semi-finalist and author of ‘German Baking’, Jurgen Krauss.
As well as cookery demonstrations and recipe book signings, there will also be the chance for visitors to sample delicious street food from artisanal stalls, including The Tipsy Bakery where each cupcake, brownie and blondie is inspired by a popular cocktail and has a little pipette of booze, Posh Shakes where dessert-style milkshakes are topped off with high-quality ice cream.
You could even enjoy sweet and savoury chicken waffles from Waffle+Co which boosts clients including Harry Styles’ concert-goers at Wembley Stadium, Battersea Power Station and Warner Bros studios.
As well as food treats visitors can also get their hands on unique homeware and accessories.
