Boyband Union J have announced they will perform an intimate concert at Margate's Winter Gardens in December, ahead of their first headline tour.

The group, comprising Jaymi Hensley, Josh Cuthbert, JJ Hamblett, reached the final four in ITV's X Factor talent show last year, and their debut single Carry You is currently at number 15 in the UK chart.

They are visiting Kent this summer to perform at the Sound Island Festival in Quex Park, Birchington on Saturday, July 27 and Sunday, July 28.

And this morning the boys revealed they will be returning to Thanet for a concert at the Winter Gardens on Tuesday, December 11.
