With a brilliant set design, banging ballads and awesome dance routines Greatest Days is a performance you’ll never forget.
The Take That musical is now showing at the Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury and it's a fabulously nostalgic night out for any fan of the popular boy band.
Greatest Days, previously known as The Band, follows five boyband-obsessed school friends who follow their ‘90s heartthrobs to a reunion concert.
The production is set to a soundtrack of Take That tunes and is on until Saturday, August 5.
An emotional storyline is balanced with perfectly placed comedy that lightens the mood.
The show also touches on hard-to-talk-about subjects such as sexuality, the death of a loved one, marital issues and everyday problems women of all backgrounds face.
The boy band cast, who sing a range of musical-fied hits from Take That’s 33-year-long music career, had the whole audience up on their feet.
From cheesey dance routines to touching character development and sing-alongs, Greatest Days, which was also released in cinemas in June, is a show any Take That fan should see.
The show stars Rachel Marwood, who has previously worked in musical theatre, short films and comedy.
Dancing on Ice champion Regan Gascoigne and TikTok star Kitty Harris is also appearing as part of the cast.
The production, which boasts a book by award-winning playwright Tim Firth and music from the chart-topping boy band, made its stage debut in Manchester in 2017.
