Amanda Holden and famous friends have enjoyed a girls’ trip to a Kent seaside town despite the “shocking weather”.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge was joined in a rainy Herne Bay by Waterloo Road actress Angela Griffin, activist Tamzin Outhwaite, Trollied star Sarah Parish and TV chef Lisa Faulkner.
In an Instagram reel posted yesterday, she shared snaps of the weekend away including cuddling her rescue dog Rudie and embarking on blustery walks on the beach.
The group stayed at Signature By the Bay, costing just over £3,000 for a minimum three-night stay.
They also had dinner at the Michelin-starred Sportsman nearby in Seasalter, with Holden sharing a photo of her salmon dish.
In an unusual quip, she also showed off personalised candles for each of the ladies which, she claimed, smelled like each one’s genitals.
Posting the video, the 52-year-old said: “The best girl’s weekend in the most shocking weather with the women I adore.”
She added that friends Lucy Gaskell and Nicola Stephenson were missing from the trip.
Sarah Parish commented: “I love our weekends. I always come away full of love and positivity.”
Lisa Faulkner added: “It’s just been the best weekend.
“I love you all so much. You are my tonic.”
Last year, Holden visited the Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve near Hythe, describing the getaway as “wonderful”.
Taking the family on this Kent visit, they stayed in Lion Lodge, which costs £1,099 a night.
