A heavy emergency services response is currently dealing with an incident in Seasalter.

Police, ambulance and fire crews have been pictured by The Sportsman pub.

The high-end restaurant has confirmed the ongoing incident is not on its premises.

It is not yet known why there is such a large emergency presence at the coastal location.

It comes after a flood alert was issued for the area.
