Police release new CCTV image after bus driver attacked in Whitstable

Police have released a new CCTV image after a bus driver was attacked through his window.

The victim was assaulted and verbally abused during the incident in Harbour Street, Whitstable.

The wing mirror of the bus was also damaged while it travelled through the town.

Officers previously asked people to come forward with information following the attack on December 28 shortly after 2.30pm.

But they have now obtained a new CCTV image as part of the investigation.

They want to identify the man pictured as he may have information which could assist with enquiries, according to officers.
