Whitstable: Police appeal after man exposes himself to lone woman in Speedwell Road

Police are hunting a flasher who followed a lone woman in Whitstable.

The man, who was dressed all in black, stalked the victim while she was walking in Mariner's View park.

He followed her to Speedwell Road and exposed himself between 8pm and 8.22pm on Saturday.

Police arrested two men

The man, who is described as 35 years old, walked off along Major Close in the direction of Nightingale Avenue.

He was 5ft 11ins, clean shaven, of proportionate build and with a round head.

Police say he was wearing a black beanie hat, short black jacket, black waterproof trousers and black knee-high wellington boots.
