The skills on offer include nutritional therapy, compassion therapy, yoga, Pilates, Bowen therapy, hypnotherapy, reflexology and much more.

Mrs Haylett added: “We are particularly proud of the Mental Health Bank.

“It is an innovative approach to non-clinical community mental health support - working with local practitioners to provide four free therapeutic sessions every week, including anxiety coaching, nutritional therapy, yoga for sleep, reiki, therapeutic art, sound healing and so much more.”

During the first year on the new premises on the High Street, Revival Food and Mood helped over 2,200 people and ran 364 groups – it also has supported 186 people a month.

Andre has been spotted several times in Kent.
