The family of a woman killed in a crash outside Herne Bay say they do not know how they will cope without her.
Tracy Morgan, 31, died when her VW Golf careered into a sheep field in Bullockstone Road on Thursday morning.
The carer - who worked at the Laleham care home in Central Parade – lived in Seasalter with her mother and stepfather, Patricia and Tony Irechukwu, and brother Leon.
Mrs Irechukwu said: “Losing Tracy has deeply upset us and left a vacuum in our lives.
“We will miss her smile, her blue eyes and the fact that she always put other people before herself.
“We don’t know how to cope as life will never be the same without her. We comfort ourselves knowing that she is going to a better place.”
Formerly of London, Tracy moved to Seasalter four years ago.
Mrs Irechukwu said the family had been amazed and overwhelmed by the number of messages of condolence they had received.
She added: “Tracy was a caring person and she enjoyed looking after the elderly people at the care home.
“She loved animals and used to work as a volunteer for the RSPCA in Sturry. She also loved reggae music and the colour blue.”
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision, which occurred shortly before 6.45am. No other vehicles appear to have been involved.
Witnesses should call the serious collision investigation unit on 01622 798538 or email sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk, quoting reference 21-129.
