A Whitstable youngster appears in a heartwarming Christmas advert for popular high street chain, Boots.
Megan Holgate, 12, is a pupil at the Kent School of Performing Arts and had to travel to London and Glasgow to audition for the role.
The 60-second advert opens with two sisters in 2017, as one opens a gift from the other.
We then flashback to the pair growing up together over the years, including the fights, the heart-to-hearts, the parties, and the goodbyes, before returning to the present day with the two sealing their close bond with a hug.
The Kent College pupil loved the experience of being in a large scale commercial.
She said: "It was a really fun thing to do and I really enjoyed seeing behind the scene of how the advert was made".
Principal Victoria Wood said: "We are really proud of Megan and it will be lovely to see on our TV's over the festive period.
"At Kent School of Performing Arts, we always encourage our students to perform professionally if that is what they want to do, and we are waiting for two recent feature films that were filmed in Kent to hit our screens in the new year in which our students took part."
