A man was taken to hospital after suffering an injury in a street brawl.

Police were called to Canterbury Road in Whitstable following reports of an assault.

A man was hurt during an altercation with a group of four people and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

It happened about 9.45pm on Wednesday.
