A woman and two children have suffered injuries after their car crashed into a tree.
Emergency services were scrambled to the scene of the accident in Thornden Wood Road, near Whitstable, at about 8.10am today.
A woman and two children were conveyed to the QEQM Hospital in Margate – their injuries are not to believed to be serious.
Speaking shortly after the single vehicle collision, a police spokeswoman said: “Police were called to a report that a car had collided with a tree at 8.06am today.
“Officers attended and remained at the scene in Thornden Wood Road, Whitstable, for just over an hour.”
“Injuries believed to be minor were reported and two children and an adult were taken to a local hospital.”
