Jamie Coyle’s men reached the last four with a dramatic quarter-final win over a record crowd at The Belmont on Saturday.

Southern Counties East Premier Division Whitstable beat Whitchurch Alport 3-2 after coming from 2-0 down, forward Harvey Smith scoring the winner from the rebound of his saved penalty in the last minute.

Opponents Hellenic League Premier Division leaders Hartpury University have already seen off Southern Counties East sides in the last two rounds. Having won 1-0 at VCD thanks to a stoppage-time winner in the fifth round, Hartpury came from behind to beat Erith & Belvedere 2-1 at home on Saturday.

They have lost just two league games from 31 games so far and need 14 points from their last seven games to secure the title.

The other tie will see AFC Whyteleafe come up against Andover New Street.

AFC Whyteleafe are regarded by many as the favourites for the competition, they beat Bourne Town 1-0 in the quarter-finals on Saturday.

The Leafe previously played in the Southern Counties East League and are currently third in the Combined Counties League Premier Division South, still vying for the title alongside Redhill and Jersey Bulls.

Andover New Street are seventh in the Wessex League Premier Division, with games in hand on the teams above them as they look to make up ground and reach the play-offs.

Winning sides will earn £5,500 as well as a place in the final at Wembley on May 11 while losing teams collect £1,725 from the prize fund.

The first leg is due to take place on Saturday, March 29 with the second leg on Saturday, April 5.
